In search of Talented Leaders! We are a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Greensboro, GA minutes away from beautiful Lake Oconee, and we have immediate opportunities for Shift Leaders in Customer Service/Front of House (FOH) and Kitchen/Back of House (BOH).

Our Shift Leaders have the most important role on our Team as they lead our Team Members, ensure our Guests receive exceptional service, and help grow our Business.
It is also the hardest role on our Team, but these front line Leaders have a huge impact on the Guest experience and on our Team Members' growth and retention.

Create & promote a culture of care and a mindset of excellence in your team of 8-15 Team Members so we can be the most caring business in our community.
Lead, hold accountable, and celebrate with your Team to create Top 20% level business results in Overall Satisfaction, Speed of Service, Order Accuracy, Food Safety, and Food & Labor Costs as we build a culture that cares for each other, our guests, and our community.
Engage, develop, & coach your Team to be the best version of themselves they can be, to take initiative for their own growth, and to get a little better each day.
Effectively communicate clear priorities and guidance as you and your Teammates face numerous competing priorities in a fast paced, challenging, ever-changing environment.
Display unwavering professionalism with Guests & Teammates as you showcase our business and the Chick-fil-A Brand to hundreds of Guests each day.
Own results, motivate yourself, solve problems, and demonstrate a make it better mindset that enables continuous improvement & a commitment to growth.
At least 1 year of previous leadership experience is required along with measurable results, a heart for service, and extreme dependability.
Previous coaching, customer service, project management, or production experience is preferred.
Previous restaurant experience is NOT required.
Salary:
$18 to $21/hour for fully qualified leaders ($55K-$63K/year including benefits) after 60-day evaluation period.
Shift Leader candidates/trainees may be hired for $17/hour and then promoted after evaluation & training period.
Leaders typically work 35-45 hours per week Mon to Sat, typical shifts are 5am - 2:
30pm or 1:
45pm - 11:
15 pm, and all Leaders typically work 2 or more closing shifts per week.

Also, leadership experience in a Chick-fil-A restaurant is valuable for application as a Chick-fil-A franchisee or corporate staff member.
